    I'm working on eating disorder stuff like emotional eating and eating when I'm not hungry. I'm especially working on hunger cues and fullness cues. Actually, the whole spectrum of the app feelings. I got the Apple Watch and this app works with the Apple Watch beautifully and simply and I'm able to easily record how I'm feeling and what I'm eating in the moment, so I know exactly what my feelings are and when I have them, with respect to when I eat. This app creates a simple history for you, and with this history I can understand where some of my eating is missing protein,and it helps me understand when I snack when I'm not hungry. This is an amazing app for me. I struggle with emotional eating and this is so helpful and easy to use. Thank you so much for creating it :-)!
  • Good but no time changes for additions

    I love how simple this is. I enter what I eat and a symptom, easy and exactly what I am looking for. The only problem I am having is if I forgot to enter and item I can only do it and put it under the current time. I can't fix that I just remembered something I ate 2 hours ago. "Sometimes" the clock symbol will make a time stamp show up but it doesn't keep it at the time I moved it to but rather as the current time, so it's pointless. This would be an awesome app if that was corrected.

    This app is the perfect the app logging app. No BS at all. Just quickly logging the app and symptoms you experience. This is awesome for data hackers who want to run their own analyses on their the app intake and the possible effects it has on their body. None of the random diet-oriented crap in those other apps. Absolute best feature: export. Would have given this app a 5 star rating if the export feature had more export options like SQLite db, csv file, etc. right now it just generates HTML.

    Really slick interface for logging what foods I eat and any symptoms I'm having. Looking forward to correlating them. I see that I can paste the email export into a spreadsheet app, but is there anyway to send a tab-delimited file (with the time in a separate column from the date)?
