Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "KL.FM"
The search will reveal the KL.FM app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once KL.FM is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including KL.FM.
Now enjoy KL.FM on PC.

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "KL.FM" » then Click "Install".
- KL.FM will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
