Video Converter for Pc

If you haven't updated your copy, DON'T! Initially the updated version wouldn't even open. Fortunately, I keep a copy of all of my applications on an external hard drive, for this very reason. So they suckered me into updating it again, by issuing yet another update that mentioned that it fixed the non-opening issue. That's true, it did open. That's the only good thing that I can say about the app now. It opens. Beyond that, it's now a lousy this app. You have to fight with it every step of the way, because it wants you to do things ITS way. It wants you to use the folders (in the locations) that IT creates. Functionality: thumbs down. User friendliness: thumbs down. Pulling the wool over your eyes: thumbs up! As I said, I keep copies. So one more time, I deleted the updated version of the app and copied the original version to my MacBook Pro again. I'll keep my eye on the updates, to see if they mention anything about reversing all the "improvements" that they made. Sheesh! Why bother issuing a new version of an app that works? More on point — why RUIN a perfectly good this app with an update? The developers certainly don't have me looking at other apps they have made. This is the perfect example of "fixing" something that isn't broken. As of now, I'm avoiding their updates and their other apps. Too bad.

i recently downloaded more than a handful of programs and apps that would help me convert VOB to MP4. None worked. Downloaded this one and I must say its amazing. You can just drag everything into the app and click the ok. Also, if you have anything split the app or movies, you can choose to merge them together. The only thing that i had an issue with (kinda) is that you can select where you want to save everything to, but it will go back to default once you close it. so settings must be configured when you open. i would go with the default but my computer is almost full so i have to save everything to my external HD.

I'm quite disappointed that I purchased this software. In an effort to have one of my streaming devices play a season I'm very interested in watching, I purchased this software to convert TS to MKV. So - two hours and 50 minutes later (for a single 40 minute episode, only 4GB) - I go ahead and get do a test run on the iMac that converted the the app (12GB Memory, 3.4Ghz quad core i7…) and the the app is out of sync at exactly 33 seconds. Tried 5 more videos…same thing…though the time varied slightly. Don't recommend this garbage at all if you actually want AUDIO that is in-sync with your the app. Though…they did call it a this app for a reason, I guess. We're all fools. Don't make the same mistake I did.

the app conversions are never fun or fast. Correction: the app conversions *were* never fun or fast. They are now. I spent 5 hours yesterday trying to convert an iMovie project into a the app format that can be embedded into a PowerPoint slide on Windows. Don't waste your time. Get this app and you'll be done in less than a minute. It'll convert almost everything, forwards and backwards. Plus it does batch jobs and watermarks (i.e., placing your logo in the corner of your the app).
