Needs Improvement

This app is pretty good. It has a modern look and is easy to use. But there are plenty of simple things that don't work when they should (especially because Redken is a leading company). Having an app that needs simple fixes is really unacceptable. For example, you can't post a new thread in the break room. Additionally, as you click on links through a section such as consultation, change with seasons, signature styles, there's nothing there. Pictures also don't show up in break room posts through the app. These issues among others is a definite 'Needs Improvement'.

My biggest use for this app would be on Instagram but they never show up when I paste them into the caption!!!

I love the concept of this app. I like that it has formulas and what not. The only problem is that I can't get the breakroom to load, wifi or my 4g LTE. If it would work this app would 5 stars. I have an account on the redken website and it works perfectly fine. Maybe an update would fix it.
The Good and the Bad

I have really enjoyed most of what is on the this app for Redken. It has become a very valuable tool in formulation and in note taking for my clients. I love that I can diagram a cut or color right in the app and refer to it when I need it. What I am not in love with is when I need to check a formulation for Shades EQ or Shades EQ Creme, none of the formulations are recommended. I am not trying to formulate outside of the recommended uses for those products, I should be able to see the projected result.
