Install Pocket Yoga app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using Pocket Yoga on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Pocket Yoga"
    • The search will reveal the Pocket Yoga app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once Pocket Yoga is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Pocket Yoga.

  • Very, VERY fast flow at Beginner level

    I'm enjoying this app, but sometimes the flow between some of the poses seems much too fast at the Beginner level given the biomechanics involved. Also, sometimes the narration will fail to identify the current pose, so the user has to look back at the screen. I'm still using the app, but sometimes I have to ignore the prompts.

    I like this app, except it suddenly speeds up inappropriately. The slow speed is perfect. It should stay that way and give an option for faster for those who actually want that. Will be looking for other options until that is fixed.
  • SLOW DOWWWNNNNNNN.. Way too fast for beginners.

    I believe this app could be great, but the routine is way, way too fast. I can't keep up and its discouraging. This needs fixed or this App goes against everthing YOGA is supposed to be about.
  • Great App…SLOW DOWN…Show poses FLOW…DANGEROUS for beginners

    Great app, got it to get into/practice Yoga with my partner and our daughter, but even the beginner routines are fast and there is no showing of the flowing between poses…this SHOULD BE A MUST. How are we supposed to know that Yoga is all about FLOW and about BREATHING and about HEALTH, and not about the POTENTIAL DANGER to the muscles and joints of our bodies?? Please FIX THIS. It seems like 90% of the complaints stemming from people here on the reviews section are all about dealing with this, one of the major complaints, so it MUST mean something, and some of these reviews go as far back as 2011, or before. Isn’t there anyway that you guys can polish and refine your app to reflect and honour what your patrons find so difficult in the first place?, for in the end, we are the ones who are supporting you and using (or not) your fine appllication. After all, your’s, is an EDITOR’S CHOICE App…. Should’t it reflect that, by being, a SHINING STAR? Please make your app better and safer and FUNNER, for all of us beginners, (and which is the crucial period that either dicates whether or not we will stick with something we might eventually COME TO LOVE, or drop it like a hot potato); the three of us, my daughter, my partner, and myself, simply COULD NOT KEEP UP at all with the insanely fast flow of the beginner routines (we were all falling on the floor and laughing, but, not in a funny way), and with the avatar popping from one pose to the next without showing the intermediate and fundamental flow of what are the poses, killing one the fundamental concepts of Yoga: THE FLOW, from Earth, to Sky.... PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, SLOW THINGS DOWN, and SHOW US WHAT ARE THE GRACEFUL FLOWINGS that MUST occur BETWEEN THE POSES, and, MAKE THE BEGINNER ROUTINES LESS DANGEROUS, and, less CRAZILY FAST?? Otherwise, your’s, is a Fantastic App!! Thank You….
