Install Blue Tanks app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:

I have an iPhone 5 and I played this game with my brother, who was using a 2nd generation iPod touch (not sure which generation, but it didn't have a camera). When he played, his tank moved slower than mine. If the developer can patch this, this would be a 5 star review.
