App crashes and freezes

App crashes and freezes all the time which makes it very difficult to use. I have the latest iOS and app version. The only way out is to kill the app and restart. So annoying!

Best app!

We recently signed up for the app TV and the remote control that we received with the package was terrible!! We downloaded this app onto a smartphone that we do not use, and we could not be happier. It contains the tv program listing, you can save your favorite channels and you have access to all account features and settings.

App crashes on launch

Can you guys fix this? The app crashes on launch about 2/5 times. Also can you add a clock to the top of the app. This would be very helpful when you are trying to navigate the the channel guides or favorite channels. For all the money you steal from your customers, you should be able to build a decent app. But you fail at this as well. You people shouldn't be allowed to run a business in hk.

Don't update, just adds ads

Good app for viewing upcoming nowtv events, especially with favorites set. However all the latest update does is add an extra annoying advertisement bar near the bottom. Avoid the update.
