Notifications

We watch your news. I don’t need to know every time something happens! Some of the reporting is too minor. We can check the App if we want. I can find out about the mayor in a meeting on the news. But, a bad accident that blocks the main highways is important. Could you please.....prioritize.....notifications? What is important & what can wait for viewers. It would be appreciated. If not maybe I will have to delete your App.

Too many notifications

The app has good info and a good interface, but they overdue it on the notifications. Notifications about important things are appreciated, but this app notifies you about almost every article it posts, (e.g., a car going off the road into a pond at 10pm is news, but not worth a notification that it happened and another one to let people know the person is safe). The notifications are overwhelming and need to be thought through more by management.
Also, stop having repeating stories. If there's a video and a written article, put them in the same news box. Please...

While I avoid the contaminated reporting of CBS this local affiliate reports local events promptly and accurately; with the superior technology employed by their meteorologist, the ‘spot relevancy’ of forecasting is a Life Saver . The reporters are seasoned and professional making a ‘digestible broadcast’ for the viewing audience; unlike the other ‘Two’ local options that offer Reporting Clowns ( with voices and cackles capable of cuddling milk) and or an endless array of make-believe interns . GOOD WORK “””KMOV”””!!!!!!

Notifications are HORRIBLE!!

Originally I allowed the app to send me notifications about news and local events. I do not appreciate getting updated repeatedly about stories that are absolutely of no importance to the general public. They are only sent as a means to get people in to read their articles. I can understand why it is done that way.
However, despite my turning off notifications for everything but weather in the settings portion of the app, I continue to get notifications on all the useless kind of information. Horrible horrible app if you don’t listen to what your customers say they want!!!!
