Am I doing something wrong with this app? Using it faithfully helps my mood a little on occasion, but at other times leaves me feeling disjointed, burned-out, and apathetic. (Not what I expected from "End self-sabotage!") I am also wondering about the app's promise (on the soundtrack) that the subconscious will absorb every word even if I fall asleep meanwhile. If that holds true, then why doesn't the "wake up" command sequence at the end always wake me up?

This is a great application. However, I ordered this app when it was on sale for free but got charged for $3.99. Any one knows how can I get my money back???
