Simple Purchase Order for Pc

1. The following fields can be edited: Company Name, Company Slogan, Address 1, Address 2, Phone Number, Fax Number (some users change this to website address or e-mail address), Purchase Order Number, Company Policy 1, Company Policy 2, and Sales Tax (some countries prefer other naming instead of “Sales Tax”).

2. Tap on the "New" purchase order button and fill out your customer information, and ship to information.

3. Tap on the “Address” button next to “To” and/or “Ship To” above where you would input the customer information and you can then select a contact to have the customer information auto fill from the iOS address book.

4. NOTE: YOU CANNOT EDIT THE BASIC FORM OF THE PURCHASE ORDER ITSELF, the words quantity, description, and unit price cannot be changed.

5. You can edit any inputted data field EXCEPT the invoice number, and your company information.

6. NOTE: If you change the company information it will only appear on future invoices.

7. At this point if you like to, you can e-mail a copy of the purchase order that was created so your customer will have a digital copy.

8. This information will be displayed on each purchase order.

9. Open up the app, and fill in your company information, tap on “Change Defaults” to start and tap on "Save" when you are finished.

10. If you don’t know or you aren’t sure how to change the format of your logo file, you need to contact your graphics designer.

11. Once you have more than one purchase order, you can conveniently scroll between orders using the "Next" and "Previous" buttons.
