Too Complex

I am a simple grandmother and, I’m sorry, but this is just complex for me. How do I get a refund?
What made me think all the negative reviews were wrong?

The test version of the product worked. I could even print an email directly from the built in email program. The $4.99 version is useless. It won't do the things that the test version would. There is plenty of evidence that this product and the ipad version, which has similar negative reviews, are completely worthless. I agree with others that this is fraud, and would be happy to join in a class action suit against the perpetrators.
Printing for iPhone is a Terrific App

I bought this app after I bought the this app for iPad, which was the first app which has actually worked with my printer, a Canon Pixma ip4000. This app works exactly like the one they created for iPad and I can print without problems. It took less than five minutes to download and read the Quick Start instructions. I went to the main Documents menu and selected the Edit button in the top right corner. Then I selected New Document and pasted my copied file I wanted to print into the document. Then I selected Print. It opened a box where I chose my printer and then printed! It took a minute to print and in this day of user friendly GUI's where we all want to just push one button to get something done, it seems like a longer process but it works! And I can print from my iPhone on a non-AirPrint device. To me, that's terrific!

Outstanding Service . Great customer relations. YOU need a step 1-10 to make all Our written instructions EASY FOR APP's AS A SIMPLE AS THIS ONE it's a fifty fifty chance to work! I have trouble opening PDF programs most times! When I ask for tech support I get nothing in return! I have spent to much money for a program that works fifty % of the time. Perhaps it's my problem! They say a poor user of the equipment blames the equipment! Just a thought!
