No directions, no support!!! Is there any help out there?

I just bought this app. It looks beautiful as it plays the signs created by the developer. BUT this doesn't seem to be ANY way to make your own! So I clicked on "help." There is a list that looks like chapter headings, but they have no links, so no information in "help" to show you how to start or use it! Next step, go to "App Support" to ask for help and report a possible glitch, which brought me to the develop's page where it shows another demo of a sign, but, again, no instructions and no way to contact them! IF I ever find a way to use it, it MIGHT be a nice app. Right now, it's junk! I HOPE the developers read this. They have a lot of work to do. I got a free app, and it works just fine!
Best Banner App I've seen

After using several other banner apps out there ranging from a white monochromatic to a red and even several full color options, this one really seems to nail what I've wanted from a banner app. The app not only features multiple size options, Asian input support, but also programmable sequencing and animation effects that you would find on a real the app board. Great for attention getting moments and silently relaying a message from across the room.

I got this app & had my own little sign scrolling across the screen within 1 minute. Maybe it's to simple & easy for the techies. It did just as it said it would. A good app for a buck!
Needs to be faster

Needs to have much faster scroll speed. Instead of "slow, medium, fast" etc why not use a slider so we can choose and fine tune? Font styles would be nice, and ability to cue and start scroll on tap.
