Can’t delete messages

The app is great... But I hate not being able to delete messages. It’s annoying to see a whole bunch of ended conversations in a list and not be able to remove them 🙄😖
Language problem

So i had issues with my phone and deleted everything on it and re-downloaded all my apps including the app and after several attempts at deleting and downloading it again and again i keep getting a version that doesn’t support English even when my location clearly states an English speaking country and i can’t even read or see an option to change the language. I have been using this app for years but after several failed attempts i think i am done. If you can’t fix this then i don’t see the point of using something i can’t even read.
Problems with the inbox

After i upgrade the version of the app the inbox messages dont appear, it stay charging messages and dont appear to read... sometimes suddenly thats appear but thats not functioantility for me... that problem its by app like through the web... please correct that
Language

What the heck? Why is it in Spanish??? Description is in English and everything else is in Spanish. How to change the language? P.S. Support team of this app, don't even try to reply to my comment in Spanish. Like you did with other people who were complaining about the same thing!!! Why even do that. We talk English and complain about Spanish in the app, and you reply in Spanish giving instructions how to change the language. In Spanish!!! Are you feeling ok guys???
