When you update, why make it worse?
By Dig bick (Pcmac user)
The very first thing I noticed when switching over to the "new" app was that if you want to search used cars, you HAVE to select one specific year of the car. How annoying and cumbersome is that? Price range, vehicle type, year, and price should be additional search filters, not the mandatory search parameter. I mean really, when searching a used car, how can you initially know what year exactly, you want to shop for..... useless now to me

Relatively huge upgrade over the old app
By Aoogah (Pcmac user)
While not perfect, the new app has a much faster flow with -- seemingly -- much less intrusive ads. Selections are made once and the app allows easy backtrack to change options like model and year.
A far, far better thing than the old KBB app.

Well known name, not so good app
By Swibble02 (Pcmac user)
KBB is a well known name in the auto industry. If you’re looking to find the value of something, then KBB is one you’ll typically use. However, their app doesn’t really hold a candle to the name. It’s incredibly slow and not the quality we’ve come to expect from our apps. It almost feels like it’s KBB’s unwanted red headed step child.
I’ll just keep using NADA or the like.

Awful layout
By blobmasterer (Pcmac user)
App can be laggy, but the main problem is the filtering/searching. It should all be in one menu/page. Instead you if you want to look at the same car for a different year you have to press an arrow to go back like 5 pages and then put in all the info again. Terrible design.
