Download an Android emulator for PC:

Full of bugs

Sorry I wasted my time with this. It crashed on 3 pc's XP, and 7 both 32 and 64 bit. It also crashed on my iPhone 4. Gets one star because developer warned it might not work. Could not get it to work one time.
