This app is fully functional and works just as if you were recording a video but with no picture!. I proved to my brother that the Easter Bunny wasn't real with this.[; And for the people dissing the app consider this... 1. Only works best with microphones!. 2. It's just a fun app designed to let you hear things from a decent distance. 3. Try reading the info!. It states that you can put the iPod in sleep mode WHILE APP IS RUNING!!!. Obviously if you close the app and put it in sleep mode, it wont work. Decent app. Download if you wanna!.

As far as the description, heck yes it does what it's supposed to, but if I say, record something for 5 hours and just want to listen to the last 5 minutes.. Well, I haven't figured out a way to fast forward, but there could very well be a way..

I used this to record my aging Grandparents voices when they told old story’s, it was awesome! I hope there is an update for this app soon!!
