Install BuildingLink Resident App app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using BuildingLink Resident App on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BuildingLink Resident App"
- The search will reveal the BuildingLink Resident App app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once BuildingLink Resident App is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BuildingLink Resident App.

Terrible functionality

I had to delete and reinstall in order for synchronization to work. Additionally it is not intuitive for responding to maintenance requests within the app. Should be more intuitive and not require someone to explain how to use it.

It’s OK

The app was recently given a more modern look, but it and the website could still use some work. My most frequent use case for the app (and I’m sure I’m not alone) is package delivery notifications. The deliveries list does not update in the background. You have to open the app and wait a few seconds. Also you cannot click on the tracking numbers to see the origin and get some idea of which delivery it might be. Please add these features, and if you really want to delight your users also add an Apple Watch complication showing new package count.

How about showing building Amenity status?

App should really show what the current reservation status is of building amenities! This feature is available on desktop. Can’t determine from phone how to plan if I don’t know if meeting room or library is available for use.
Also, despite using the app’s recommended scanning equipment, I’m getting package notifications that are clearly wrong in terms of carrier or missing tracking #s. I’ve also noticed a substantial delay between receipt of txt msgs and e-mail notifications, and I might get one but not the other.

Everything has worked well for me on this app. I took one star off because photos uploaded to the for sale section are low resolution/poor quality, otherwise it functions well and is responsive. My building staff see and receive everything I have submitted.
