I already use the Deep Sleep App of his. After the amazing success I had with it, I downloaded this one. Please read that review to see just how much it changed my life. The the app relief is, in my opinion only, a mixture of a lighter version of the deep sleep and an actual destress tool. It helps me let go of many things that the app me out while getting some rest. I really like this for naps more than sleep, as I have insomnia so severe, the deep sleep is needed. the app exacerbates problems I have like my fibromyalgia and anxiety, so to get relief WITHOUT medication has been a MIRACLE. This has worked every time I've used it. I awaken when I set it to awaken me, but you do have an option of an alarm. I've never needed it. I don't understand the hypnosis enough to explain how that works...it just does. This is well worth your time and money. And I highly recommend the deep sleep for any insomnia problems at all. Thank you, Andrew Johnson!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Ive heard so many hypnosis sessions in real time and also many recorded sources. There's a lot out there. But there are MANY to wade through before finding a nice one. This one is a treasure! Soothing charming voice, good script, very positive enforcements, thoughtfully written, smooth without any abrupt or awkward moments. It is bliss. Really. Like a cozy couch, a warm blanket, a perfect cup of tea, that friend who is on your side always, that thing that makes you feel at ease, safe, and well. When I listen I feel all these feelings and I smile inside. This is up there with the best of the best. Give yourself the gift of this app today. Then gift it to the people you love the most. Its a soothing balm! I will be getting more of his stuff. Kuddos, well done Mr. Johnson!!! Thank you!

I've been going to bed with Andrew for several months now, and have sent the apps to my friends and family, so we all go to bed with him! Lovely soothing voice, pleasant music, and helpful technique. You can modify the app to avoid repetitive instructions once you know what you are doing, and there are short and long versions depending on your needs. I nearly always go to sleep easily, so much better than pills. I also use them for relaxation during the day, a valuable de-stressing technique. I have about 8 of his apps, use them all for relaxation and help with sleep. Cannot recommend them more highly.
