I like it but doesn't update correctly

I do like the app. It's got an interesting UI and it works (sort of, see below) pretty well. Radar is nice and the forcasts and all seem accurate. Good all around weather app considering the big guys seem to not care about their apps anymore. That said, it has a problem. Once you launch the app and it goes into the fast app switcher that's it. If you open it again while it's in saved state it doesn't reload and I have yet to find a manual reload button. You have to kill it in the task manager and then start it again fresh. Kind of kills the app. Add a reload button or get it to auto update from the fast app switcher and it will be great.
The latest update makes the app worse

1. It is too cumbersome to switch back and forth from Celsius to Fahrenheit. 2. Consider the platform, reading forecasts is a difficult endeavor in the new format with tiny font on smaller phones. 3. Is it possible to provide a guide for use? The frames are no longer intuitive, and understanding is a challenge. 4. On the positive side, the forecasts are generally accurate, which is the purpose of the app. 5. The difficult use encourages people to look elsewhere for a weather app. I hope you make changes.
I have to pay again?

I liked the previous version. This new look, looks like it’s hollow and empty. I paid for the upgrade from the last version and now I have to pay again. I even tried the Restore button and it says I haven’t purchased yet.

Cannot add different cities. Used to be so easy to use, now; not so much. Half the time it says no information on city. I live in the 4th largest city in the country. No information? Come on...
