Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Emergency Lights"
The search will reveal the Emergency Lights app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Emergency Lights is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Emergency Lights.
Now enjoy Emergency Lights on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Emergency Lights,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Emergency Lights" » then Click "Install".
- Emergency Lights will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

It's nice having the option to play the lights without the sound. Because well officers keep lights on without sound . However the lights are not quite bright enough even with the brightness turned all the way up. Also you do he the option to use different sounds which is a good option. You can also change the lights to solid colors or to half an half . Best part NO ads!!! Even better nothing to interrupt while pretending to scram friends or family totally using this in my dodge charger for Halloween!

Me an all my friends are at a party drinkin and what not, and I was outside and hooked it up to my radio and turned it up and people started runnin out the house it was great!!
