Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WHO 13"
The search will reveal the WHO 13 app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once WHO 13 is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WHO 13.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use WHO 13,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "WHO 13" » then Click "Install".
- WHO 13 will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Used to be my #1 news app...

I don’t know what they did recently in an update, but the app freezes up now while waiting for ads to load. So, app freezes, ad never loads, reader is frustrated by getting mid-story and having to force quit the app. Please, look into this. It’s too bad to not be able to get my local news from you guys.
Live stream unusable

If like me you would like to be able to watch news and weather through this app, I recommend you find another. The live stream crashes constantly and is unusable. I recommend trying another network app.
The video player is trash

Tried to watch a video where there were multiple videos for the same story and 2 or 3 commercials started playing and I never got to watch the video I wanted to see.
