Download and install the EL NORTE app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "EL NORTE"
The search will reveal the EL NORTE app icon. Open, then click "Install".

I really like the fact that I can read the entire newspaper without having to buy a subscription or having to read only an extract in the mobile web version, as soon as you start charging, I would uninstall honestly.

My most sincere compliments to this app for such a great achievement, I love this app and so it is part of my daily routine. I specially like the voice feature, I use it on my way to work by selecting the notes I'm interested in, and start listening to each one of them. The voice is somehow methallical and sometimes it's hard to catch some words, but useful at the end of the day...

The best app I have in my iPad. SO glad I can be informed about everything that's going on in Monterrey. The design, pictures, is fast, I can se everything pretty much as soon as it's happening. PERFECT Plus it's free people!! How can you have any complaints?!

Your screenshot shows this app is in Spanish, but your description says the language is English. So I downloaded it but it is of course in Spanish. Not that I have any problem with that, but you should change the language notation. Nice-looking app, though!
