Nice Features Overall...
By macbgood (Pcmac user)
...but one big feature missing: The ability to copy/cut/paste one or more verses by a tap of my pinky. I don't want to have to open up email to be able to copy a verse.
I have several the app apps on my iPhone but because I really need to be able to simply copy/cut/paste verses, I end up not using any of the the app apps at all and use safari/google to take me to the online the app sites where I can copy verses no problem.
Thanks!

AUTO SCROLL!!!
By tre-flip (Pcmac user)
Seriously, I tried out Laridian's free app. It is very complete. It lacks in 2 areas and this app makes up for it.
1st- Navigate tries to show every book of the New Testament. The little bubbles are colored and make searching for the book hard. This app has the books spaced out appropriately for my fingertips and they are easy to read.
2nd- And this is where my emphasis lies... AUTO-SCROLL. Yep the single most useful utility for reading pages on an ipod/phone. Laridian's free app you have to read all the way down to the bottom of the ipod or lift it up as you read. This is a problem if your lying in bed. I usually hold the ipod in one hand and press play. The page scrolls along and I love it! Laridian doesn't offer this utility.
I use Laridian's app for church because I'm not really reading there. It is very useful for keeping notes and highlighting stuff and such. I actually use this app more because I read the the app in the morning and at night 7 days, if I were consistent, a week.
The con of this app is the limited bibles it uses and single chapter scrolling. It uses KJV and Websters. I don't read the KJV and have actually liked reading the webster version. I would use the today's NIV if it had it. The wonderful auto-scrolling feature only scrolls through one chapter at a time. I usually like to read two unless I get caught in a story.
I use this app a lot and wanted to support the makers. I purchased the green version also, and recommend if your using it a lot to do the same.
