Worked like a charm until February

I’ve been using the app for a year and it worked perfectly, until just now. All of a sudden this week it keeps closing itself and won’t run to restore contact. Please help!
Disappointed

Didn’t really work the way it said and since, my contacts are screwed up and can’t even open the app that ai actually paid for. Thanks for a headache. So disappointed! Don’t give your money for nothing! Please let me know how to fix. Your stupid app won’t even let me open it. I need a refund.
Block number

If you still know the persons actual number you can still type it in and message them. Need to block the number not just the contact.
Keeps Crashing

Worked well to hide the contact but when the timer ran out it never replaced the person’s contact. It keeps crashing every time I reopen. Please Help!
