  • Awful predictions

    By Armyxela (Pcmac user)

Makes your times appear way to quick. I put I ran a mile in 4:51 and I got I could run 100 miles With 630 miles. I put my 800 time of 2:10 and it said I could run a 4:22 mile which I'm not even close to. Use the McMillan running calculator online very accurate and free
  • Awesome tool for a runner!

    By MikeWinAustin (Pcmac user)

If you are a runner (5km, 10km, half marathon, marathon) you undoubtedly do workouts at different paces. This is the perfect tool to quickly figure out what your equivalent 10km pace should be if training for X time in a marathon etc. Not only that, it also gives you breakdowns on the pace, so you don't have to figure out what a 7:16min/mile equals at 200 meters on a track. It's awesome! On top of that, it also let's you see what different longer paced workouts, tempo/steady state/long run paces should be based on what your the app day goal time is. This is so flexible, that everything is completely adjustable. And when you think you've seen it all, you can also quickly email the specific data to yourself or anyone else, so you have t for future use. If you're a RUNNER, these are the best couple of dollars you'll spend. (then again, "run calc" from the same company is really useful too)
  • Terrific tool for setting target times

    By J2theY (Pcmac user)

If you run a variety of different distances, this app is great for determining what goal times to aim for. In a spring where I ran a 10K, then a 10-miler, then another 10K, then a 5K, it was really helpful to have a solid sense of pacing as my training moved forward. (FYI, to previous reviewer: 1600m is equivalent to one mile. Your inability to perform basic distance conversions is not a good reason to give a diminished rating to this app.)
  • Great app

    By Eddiemoto (Pcmac user)

I love this app. It has really been helpful for my running and determining correct paces. At a few races I have been able to give folks the app projections based on their times. Very cool. Only thing I would desperately love to see is splits based on miles and the ability to determine negative split times.
