Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Add On Cloud"
The search will reveal the Add On Cloud app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Add On Cloud is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Add On Cloud.
Now enjoy Add On Cloud on PC.
