2. The app cannot record new calls without active subscription though it allows you to listen to previously recorded conversations.

3. • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

4. An account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. • Subscription payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

6. The app uses your carrier’s conference call feature to record conversations.

7. The app requires your carrier to support 3-way calling.

8. SimpleTalk and H2o Wireless do NOT offer this in the United States.

9. • Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes.

10. • Any unused portion of a free-trial period will be forfeited when a user decides to subscribe.
