Software Features and Description

1. Choose “On-door-delivery” as a delivery method in the webshop and forward the C-code with delivery address to the webshop/courier.

2. You will be notified when your goods are dropped off to the locker.

3. You will receive a single-use C-code.

4. Book a locker in the C-box app with your phone.

5. Choose the suitable temperature for storage.

6. You will receive a new C-code to retrieve your goods from the locker.

7. Enter the goods to the locker by yourself using the obtained C-code.

8. You will receive a new C-code that you can forward to the courier or receiver of your goods to withdraw them from the locker.

Install C-box app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using C-box on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "C-box"
The search will reveal the C-box app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once C-box is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including C-box.
Now enjoy C-box on PC.
