2. iTWO fm App HelpDesk is the perfect mobile supplement for iTWO fm - with a range of use from Facilities Management / CAFM / IWMS / CMMS, Property Management to Real-Estate Management.

3. The app is able to record any type of e.g. technical breakdowns or requests to your internal HelpDesk, capture photos and much more.

4. The prerequisite is a licensed web service and a current iTWO fm server.

5. Attention: Starting with version 5.0 the specification of a user in the web.config is mandatory.

6. The web service can be used for all platforms.

Using RIB FM App HelpDesk on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "RIB FM App HelpDesk"
The search will reveal the RIB FM App HelpDesk app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once RIB FM App HelpDesk is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including RIB FM App HelpDesk.
