I downloaded it thinking I can order on here, but I can’t order unless I pick a location. I go to pick one right down the street to find out it doesn’t have any locations here. What’s the point of the app if there’s no locations? Also no rewards for even getting anything so yeah it’s a bust.
What’s the point?

I downloaded the APP while we were traveling. Then I found out that “order pick-up” is not allowed. When I arrived at the store, it was explained to me that only GrubHub& some other company can pick up. What??? I’m willing to order and pay online ahead of time. As it was, when we got there, we had to wait quite a while to place an order and to get it to go. What exactly is the point of the APP?

App can’t even seem to find its own locations. I’m standing right next to one and it says there are none in all of San Diego! Can’t even look at the menu. Someone hasn’t figured this thing out yet!

I’ve been to 2 locations so far and both times they told me they don’t receive orders from the Carl’s Jr. App… only doordash, grub hub, etc. So my question is why does this app even exist?
