Poor customer service and False advertisement

So I have been playing this game since October I have enjoyed the game up till the last update. Since I have started playing the game it was advertised as that there would be a server merge because of that I decided to spend some money just over $9,000 USD to build up my castle. The pervious update got rid of the server merge. I contacted support they said there will be no server merge at all. Then I told them I will file for a refund and then they said the merge was back on. Now they are saying that the merge will never happen. I have screenshots of the entire conversation. If the merge doesn’t happen I want my refund for leading me to believe there would be a merge otherwise known as false advertisement! I am highly up set and something needs to be done. I will also be sending this review to the support/developers. I wrote a review a few days ago seems that you didn’t post it or you just deleted it all together but I will screenshot this one for my records. If I’m not contacted within the next 48hrs I will be filing for a refund through apple store and my bank for false advertisement and fraud. Thanks papi.
Needs a better hero tutorial

As I’m learning the game it can be a massive PAY. To play. although Iv chose to just pay for no Ads and it’s still enjoyable 1 thing I think needs work is the Hero understanding better it is very easy to waste so much in game money and upgrade cards on pointless hero’s then realizing your wasting your time… Also there needs to be a much better tiering system for higher levels. As I’m only level 120 and every day I get on I see I have been attacked 20+ times by the same person ALL DAY! there should be a cap of attacks per play to play. And a limit based off the power tiering system. If I’m lvl 120 I shouldn’t be able to attack anyone lower then say lvl 80. At least give the little guys a chance to build up.
Not worth the time

Game is not worth it, no one controls or unforced rules,unless your a high level player spend thousands in real money, you will never get anywhere, badly needs a system where high level players can’t bully others and keep attacking low level players, they need to compete with other high level players and not lower level players, not even fair, 100 level against a 600 plus, no contest, you can’t ever win anything, for high level player always bullly there way up. This game is so off balance you will never get a chance to do anything but feed the higher level players egos, there is no room at all to grow or advancing without higher levels beating you down. Which makes the game the worse choice to play.

As the title says, not a bad game. The controls are relatively fluid, the merging is simple and easy to understand. Everything is straightforward and makes sense. That being said, it is extremely simplistic. Only one map as far as I could tell. At a certain point it becomes very monotonous. The entire thing is blatantly obvious in its design to be an easy way for devs to get money via ads and in-app purchases. So much so that some of the ui overlays get crowded for no reason than to “alert” you to go watch ads for in-game benefits. I’m not opposed to a freemium model, but I feel like if it’s as in your face as this is, then development isn't really about the game. “And for that reason, I’m out.”
