4. During this time we have learnt the importance of sourcing quality products and only sell premium quality food.
5. The Cod & Haddock we use has been certified by the Marine Steward Council (MSC) as sustainable.
6. All of our food is served in packaging which is 100% Biodegradable and Recyclable.
7. We are a family run business with over 25 years’ experience in the Fish & Chip trade.
8. We only use grade A potatoes which have been sourced from British farms.
