Download and install the HomePaper for HomeKit app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using HomePaper on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "HomePaper"
- The search will reveal the HomePaper for HomeKit app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once HomePaper is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including HomePaper.
- Now enjoy HomePaper on PC.
- Using HomePaper on Mac OS:
Install HomePaper for HomeKit on your Mac using the same steps for Windows OS above.
How to download and use HomePaper App on Windows 11
To get HomePaper on Windows 11, check if there's a native HomePaper Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing HomePaper:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "HomePaper" » Click "Install" to install HomePaper for HomeKit
- HomePaper for HomeKit will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Love this app, with a few suggestions…

This app is such a timesaver for anyone looking to create beautiful backgrounds for HoneKit. That said, the two features that in my opinion would make this app perfect are: • The ability to enlarge or shrink the image instead of it being predefined. • The ability to increase or decrease the gradient mask, as I personally like to see a much more subtle fade as I think it looks much more elegant. Very clean and simple UI and well worth the buck…

Almost perfect

I really like how this allows me to choose my own photos and add gradients easily so the background of the home app blends in better with the overall aesthetic. I just wish I could choose a photo and move it around so I could focus on a particular area of the photo.

Needs Better Configs & UI

This is a great start, but it needs improvements.
1. Allow us to scale and flip the images in the background of the app
2. The fade settings could have a little bit more wiggle room and maybe allow to move it slightly around instead of being completely fixed
3. Choosing colors, blocks most of the screen so you can’t easily test out colours. Instead shrink the preview to about 70% and align it to the top in center, and below in the other 30% of the screen, compact the color-spectrum picker. Add the saved swatches to another tab (first in that set).
Other than that, it would be perfect if it had these changes. I just bought the unlimited exports, hope that helps with development.

A Must Have HomeKit App

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I love the fact that my own personal pictures can turn into professional pics with ease. this app has shot to the top of my “must have” HomeKit apps, and honestly, most others are from this developer. Thank you for doing such good work in the HomeKit community.
