3. Dữ liệu đo sẽ đóng góp, hỗ trợ cho cơ quan quản lý xây dựng, phát triển hạ tầng, dịch vụ Internet Việt Nam; nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ của doanh nghiệp cung cấp dịch vụ Internet; bảo vệ quyền lợi người sử dụng.

Install i-SPEED by VNNIC app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "i-SPEED by VNNIC"
The search will reveal the i-SPEED by VNNIC app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once i-SPEED by VNNIC is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including i-SPEED by VNNIC.
Now enjoy i-SPEED by VNNIC on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use i-SPEED by VNNIC,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "i-SPEED by VNNIC" » then Click "Install".
- i-SPEED by VNNIC will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
