Terrible game developers

So I started playing this game about 5 days ago , around the 2nd day they had an update which seemed fine for a little but as soon as I logged off and tried to get back on a little later I couldn’t. The game developers had the absolute max amount of rudeness when it came to the problem that’s obviously on the developers side of things, they blame the user, they said pay attention and yet everyone did , the game sends you to update when you get on and to be extremely sure I went to the App Store many times to see if this magic update was in and after about 3 days of not being able to get in they fix it . This gets even worse because when you usually start a game like this events are usually there to help players get a little head start , but that was not the case for me as the timer for these events was not paused , no instead I’m almost out of time and some are expired, but you know what they compensate you with as a token of the mess up on the developers end , 100 gems which is easy to obtain on your own . Worse game experience in a long time , shameless robbery and I’m glad unlike others I haven’t put money in the game , I normally do on so many other games.

Day 1 it took 9 hours of playtime before I completely ran out of things to do. Day 2 it took less than 3 hours , and Day 3 an hour and a half. On day 4 it took 30 minutes to hit hero level 80 and profile level 34... now im bored with nothing to except spend money... from my standpoint when i hit this kind of paywall i lose intrest very quickly... i dont want a game that i can only play 15-30 minutes a day... i need more. I feel that games like this are either underdeveloped or not properly balanced , or possibly a pay wall like this is put in place on purpose to force people to pay to keep playing. As a developer , your goal should be to keep people playing your game as long as possible , because the longer i play , the more likely i am to spend money on your game. With this paywall blocking me from continuing i have lost interest and will be deleting the game. Graphics are great , BGM is okay , characters look awesome , but just not enough stuff to do. Thank you for a nice game while it lasted , and i will redownload it in a month or so to give it one more try.

This game is for those that do not have 3+ hours every day to spend playing games. You can get your dailies done in just 15-20min then, if you have time, you can go on and compete in PVP &/or PVE. There are additional events that need another 30-60 min but they can be done bit by bit AND they give you 2days to do it! Then, when you have a day off work, you can spend HOURS expanding your roster and upgrading your heroes with all the rewards earned during the week. Perfect! Artwork is excellent. Dev’s are actively improving the game. PAYWALL. Yes there is a minor paywall to keep your growth rate interesting HOWEVER it is not bad. $15 gets you some nice items every day for a whole MONTH! Spend 99c a day for 5 days. They give you additional bonuses on each day. CAVEAT: you must choose the right packs. Some are terrible value. Others are Superb, like the Monthly Cards. I came from 5yrs in SWGOH and this app’s packs give you 5-7 TIMES the value for your dollar. A most welcome change from the blood sucking greed of the swgoh devs.
Normally I’d give 5 stars for a well balanced game!

So off and on over the last week there have been days where I couldn’t log in at all. I go to open the game and log in and it comes up with the “Network disconnected tap to reconnect…” With the little mouse and everything but clicking the provided button just makes the same error pop up over and over. I’ve tried completely closing the app and reopening the game, turning my phone off and then trying to log in, with WiFi and without, using cellular data and not nothing is working. Today would be the first time it happened two days in row. Love this game it is perfect other then these glitches!
