1. Fitness For Muscle Grow app is designed to help you build and improve muscle strength with workout routines shot by professional Olympic Champions trainer Georgy Maltabar.

2. If you grant Service access to Apple`s Health App Database, Service will import your data from Health App Database into Application in certain circumstances, such as to aid you in the tracking of fitness goals.

3. In addition, Service may transfer data that you store locally on your Device, such as active energy, mindful minutes, workouts to the Health App Database.

4. * Please note: any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period.

5. Fitness For Muscle Grow is designed with the help of Olympic Champions trainer Georgy Maltabar.

6. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.

7. You can cancel your subscription or free trial in the iTunes settings at least 24-hours before the end of the free trial period.

8. Data accessed from the Health App Database will never be shared with third parties, such as third party service and/or advertisers.

9. Fitness For Muscle Grow app helps you boost your endurance, deliver oxygen and nutrients to your muscle tissues and keep you super fit.

10. Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription.

11. Service cannot read from or write to the Health App Database unless you grant access.

  • Good workouts but app needs a few tweeks

    I love to workout and have run HIIT bootcamps and tried many different workouts. Saw this app and thought I’d give it a try. I just started, has some good features and some that need to be fine tuned. I like that this came with a nutrition plan. But the nutrition plan has a few flaws. If you are meal prepping it’s too much variety and makes it unrealistic to keep up with. Also they don’t tell you a range of protein or carbs that they are recommending for you daily. Meals don’t seem balanced. The workout are a little boring doing the same 4 workouts 6-8 times. Also the video doesn’t give you time to actually get in position to start the next workouts with the app. Developers need to include that transition time and it would also be nice to have a bell ring when the timer is done between each workout. Or list the workouts and let the person time their own workout.
  • Amazing workout app

    this app for muscle growth is such a cool app! I have always been in shape and worked out constantly. Running miles upon miles every week, lifting weights, but it would take at least an hour to accomplish. I also always felt in shape but never felt like “how I should look” given my workout and diet. This app has my work outs cut to less than half the time I used to spend working out and I am seeing BETTER results. I have not lost a pound but I have lost 8 inches total all around my body. I’m the biggest fan of this. I have 5 people on it now after they saw my results. If you’re considering this, don’t hesitate, just do it. Trust me! I’m a Marathoner always finishing in top 10% and this app has put me in better shape than any of my trainings.

    I did legs for the first workout and I am super duper sore. I’m the type of person that if I’m not dead on the ground after a workout, I feel like I didn’t workout at all. I was hoping that for the days they are telling me to do low intensity workouts that they would have at least something to follow or for the high intensity workouts that it was more than just a timer. I noticed that I’m only doing low intensity workouts and no high intensity workouts which I thought HIIT workouts were better for long term fat burning. The Nutrition portion is good. It gives you easy to follow recipes. I like that everything is literally at your finger tips. So far so good, lets hope by the time I complete the challenge I see a difference

    I’ve been using this app for a few months now and the whole experience is great but the best part, for me, is that there is such a great variety of workouts. I get bored easily and don’t want to do a workout if it’s the same thing over and over. But with this, there are tons of plans. I started off paying monthly in case I wanted to cancel but I fell in love with the app and the REAL RESULTS I was getting so I bought the year long! I could never do the whole set of pull ups and now I FINALLY can!! Seriously so worth the price, the creators but so much work into it! It has definitely changed my confidence in the gym.
