1. The speed is set based on number of seconds between each card, down to the tenth of a second from 0.1 to 2.9. This allows you to gradually turn up the speed as your skills improve.
2. As cards are dealt onto the screen simply keep count according to your strategy of choice just as you would in a Blackjack game.

5. -When set to Manual, just tap the screen to deal each card.
