Great game, but too difficult to build things

It takes way too long to obtain items needed to build things in this game. Other than that it's great, but that one thing is pretty crucial for long-term playing potential.

After you buy all three administrative buildings that's it you can't move forward. No more houses. It's says you need to build more admin places in order to build them but there is none to buy. Come on guys UPDATE!!!
