What is Inflow? Inflow is a digital program designed by people with ADHD for people with ADHD. It is a science-based app that helps users manage their ADHD/ADD symptoms. The app offers a 7-day free trial and two auto-renewing subscription options. Inflow is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and helps users understand and embrace their unique ADHD brain. The app provides tools to help users focus on strategies in their everyday life and build a daily routine habit by habit.
1. Whatever your goals may be — stronger organization skills, building a more effective to do list, preventing procrastination, improving attention, reducing hyperactive traits, focusing on others, or simply coping with an ADHD/ADD diagnosis — Inflow can help.
2. Inflow is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), proven to be effective in the management of ADHD/ADD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).
3. Reminder: While we are an ADHD/ADD app first and foremost, we cover numerous executive function skills, which can be applicable to autism (ASD), OCD, depression, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more.
