    I loved this app to begin with. Priming myself to stick with something took me a little bit, I would start and do a day or two then it would take a week to do another one. Then I broke my foot so I took a month off. Every time I came back the programs looked a little different. I chalked it up to my sporadic sessions and it was personalized. Well now I have been doing the “fit and slim I” 25 day beginner course. I was prepared for, excited about day 20. I’m on a roll!! Open the app and everything is changed, the beginner is now 12 days, all the programs have changed!! Massive unannounced changes while in the middle of “personalized” programs is not very personal! It’s mass production that does not even begin to feel personal! I certainly did not expect one on one attention, I did expect a series of programs based on my general need. If people were asking for a smaller time chunks then you should have added them without taking away from current customers. Right now I am not happy with app!

    I really like this app and bragged about the value to others. I recommended to a lot of people and have been enjoying my workouts immensely. Then, I opened the app to workout this morning and large majority of the programs are less than half the length they used to be. When I purchased the app many of the programs were 25-30 days of workouts and now they are 9-12 days! What happened??? Why would you reduce the number of workouts? This app does seem like it contains the value that I paid for anymore. I am extremely disappointed! I also feel cheated, because I paid for one thing and after my purchase part of what I purchased was taken away from me. I think you can do better than this!
  • Good for those with time constraints but very little transition time between poses

    I am not new to this app but have been doing it for decades. I have a busy work day and take some time during my lunch break to do a bit of this app and relax. These exercises are great but each pose moves into the next without much time to transition and given some poses are held for 10 or less seconds there is next to no time to hold some poses as well as one has to move fast from lying flat to standing up or kneeling and such. Pausing the app to transition to next pose would defeat the whole purpose of these exercises to be calming and relaxing and involving smooth transitions. It would also help if the program reminds one to breathe (inhale/exhale) throughout poses as that is a key component to this app.
  • Used to love - but now horrid

    I started using the app in March and although it had a few bugs here and there I stuck with it for over 175 days straight. Then the “updates” started. The bugs increased, whole sections of personalized programs disappeared and others were shortened to uselessness. You were left standing or in simple poses for a minute and then rushed through complicated ones. I provided lots of detailed feedback to the developer and each update worsened the program. None of the programs I was using like Fit & Slim and Master of Slim remain now. I can’t even find them in the app at all. Literally just gone in the middle of Antistress and several others. I was doing really well with my goals but now I’m so frustrated with this app I haven’t been consistent in a few weeks. Unfortunately as the feedback has never been addressed I will have to seek another this app app for my goals. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED
