“View ad” not working. Can’t watch my movies

So without payment (free version) with movies downloaded - would not play them. Gives me three options when I choose to watch a the app that I already downloaded in the app - Unlock (buy pro version) - view ad (but there is no ad! I clicked it 100times and nothing happens…basically goes back to how it was) - cancel Therefore it makes this app (free version) totally useless! Plus the reason I downloaded it - so I can watch movies when I’m offline - therefore it is extra dumb to request to watch ad - because I want to use this app when I’m offline (like on a airplane or so) but now I’m on WiFi and the ad isn’t playing anyway. After restart - it started to play the ad and even plays the first seconds of the movie - but then just shuts the app :( Whyy???!

I love the app but then again I did pay for the upgraded version and it said I paid for it but whenever I try to download a the app it makes me pay for it again or get it back for “free”. If you can call it that. I can’t even download my videos anymore... I need help
Great app Billing Drama

Greetings it’s a great app however I’m having serious billing problems my credit card and bank account have been charged multiple times for the same account . Every time I download a new the app or attempt to at least I’m taking back to the billing page and I have to watch advertisement and then my the app still doesn’t download I contacted my bank and credit card and this company has charge my account multiple times

Nothing but full page ads literally within every 1-2 seconds of closing the last one. You can’t even click a button before the next ad pops up... and I get it and understand free apps have a lot of ads but this IS CRAZY.. they’re not just normal ads bugging you they are FULL PAGE and prevent you from being able to do anything or even see anything until u click close, then the next one pops up!! NEVER HAVE SEEN AN APP LIKE THIS!! EVER IN MY LIFE!! This kind of crap needs to be governed, screened, and regulated by APPLE before letting ppl offer this kind of crap on the App Store. What a shame.
