I agreed to the 1 week trial for $10 & after 3 hours of trying to send a the app it never went through. I had to go somewhere else in person, which I should’ve done in the first place apparently. “Not delivered” was the only thing it kept saying no matter how many times I kept trying to resend the the app. I saw in other reviews “developers” said to go to the App & select the FEEDBACK to write to the developers & explain your issue. Well, wouldn’t you know I tried to do that, wrote out a whole message explaining what happened & how I did not want to use the service & etc, an error message showed up saying EMAIL IS NOT AVAILABLE NOW. Why would you respond to people’s reviews claiming certain steps they have to take in order to get issues fixed but then it’s just another dead end. This is a scam. Don’t try it. Oh & if the developers or whoever is in charge of something like this & their “email is not available” Well, this is the message & I hope it finds you well. Hello, I would like to cancel my subscription. I paid for the $10 one week trial & the the app never went through. I do not wish to continue using the app & I do not want to be charged anymore money. Please ensure this issue gets fixed before I get charged more money. Thank you

Trying to cancel subscription

I’m trying to cancel my subscription and I need a total refund I’m not getting a response when I send email and when I try to send a the app it won’t send that’s ridiculous that im getting charged for something that doesn’t work don’t even dl this app it’s junk it doesn’t work and i trued to get a phone number and it was saying I had to pay $99 or $27 a month for what junk that’s crazy

I paid for the one-week usage period, but no page was sent out. I contacted the service and they responded that They fixed problem. but everything was still the same,the screen always asked me to pay, But I already did paid. My credit card has also shown that the money has been charged. Forget this app, just as I throw the money in to the trash can
