Play option disappeared

What happened to the play screen? Once you click the menu the play option goes away and you have to leave the game and come back in just to spin again. Very frustrating, can’t play like this so please fix.

I was doing really great in game, advancing and closing albums. Had ove 500 spins before I closed app last night, and today It’s ALL GONE! ALL MY PROGRESS! Everything blank and game won’t download! I want my money back! Every penny spent! Thank you!🤬🙄🤬
