Paid for lifetime service and it's won't let me access my Premium account.

Paid for a lifetime subscription and membership a few years back when it was called a different company and now it's not letting me access my previous account and lifetime membership. This was a couple years back so not sure how to proceed. I've seen and heard of this happening before. Follow up:; Finally was able to restore a past purchase and now able to access my previously paid iOS application.

Do the advanced features work? Does it interact w DropBox or GDrive? How do you prove it without paying for it? I can’t tell which features are advanced. Can’t tell how well ocr works? You probably want me to pay first, I want to try first? Is there a free version, with limited features. It keeps taking me back to buy page after every use, and have to hit the small text at the bottom. It is either a trial version or a free version. A free version doesn’t ask you every time what you want to do.

Works great has many options, there are ads but I'ma free software this is to be expected. While scanning my report of 15 pages and taking a couple tries to get my preferred settings, I only saw one ad that I could skip through. Overall phenomenal app with a great pattern algorithm. I highly recommend!
How wonderful an app is

this app saves me much time and also money. In my area, there are not many photocopy shop so I have to travel to the city to have my important documents scanned. Since I knew the app Apps, I can easily scan my document with just my Iphone and still have a high-quality PDF files.
