2. * The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.

3. * Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.

4. Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

5. *This application is for Galaxy Buds+ and Galaxy Buds Live.

6. Support for Galaxy Buds (SM-R170) is not available.

7. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between your earbuds and your mobile device.

8. On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.

Left Side Is Not Connecting

I just have the galaxy buds and not the plus ones. I got them back when I had a galaxy s9, but recently I have switched to an iPhone but still have the buds with it. And it worked fine for a while until now and my left side isn’t connecting. I looked up ways to do it and they all say to download this app but this is for the galaxy plus. And it won’t find my device even when it’s connected on my phone, and I’m not tryna buy the plus. I just want to know if there is another way to fix this.

Can you guys please support all the people who bought the older version of the ear buds too because I and tons of other people can’t fix them and the volume is bad.

Whenever I open the app it says “not compatible with your device” idk if it’s talking about my buds+ or iPhone which is an iPhone SE. this isn’t my main phone, I use my buds+ on my note 10+ but I use this phone whenever I’m on ft with my friends. The buds work fine while connected through Bluetooth but I’d still like to access all the good stuff available in the app. Even with Bluetooth off the app says not compatible so I’m guessing it’s my phone ?¿? 🗿
