What is IBM Maximo Visual Inspection?
The IBM Maximo Visual Inspection app is a mobile application that enables visual inspections using computer vision models developed on IBM Maximo Visual Inspection server. It can perform inferencing using an iOS/iPadOS device and its integrated camera, and can even run Core ML models exported from IBM Maximo Visual Inspection server for local inferencing without requiring network connectivity. The app also provides remote management and configuration of IBM Maximo Visual Inspection apps running on remote devices, and delivers instant, actionable notifications to recipients via SMS as well as to other systems using MQTT.
