Install Free Ruler app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Free Ruler on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Free Ruler"
The search will reveal the Free Ruler app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Free Ruler is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Free Ruler.
Now enjoy Free Ruler on PC.

I've been using this app for longer than I can remember, probably several decades now. It is a must-have for anyone involved with anything related to design, from desktop publishing to web and software development. Thank you Pascal for contuing to keep this software up-to-date and the app all these years. this app is one of those small utility applications that really provides a lot of value and is useful in so many ways even beyond graphic and web design. The developer Pascal is super quick to respond to questions and support requests. Get this!
