Getting the best Business app for you is hard, which is why we are happy to give you E-Inform from Department of Employment, Thailand. พระราชกำหนดการบริหารจัดการการทำงานของคนต่างด้าว (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ.2561 มาตรา 13 กำหนดให้นายจ้างที่จ้างคนต่างด้าวทำงาน มีหน้าที่ต้องแจ้งให้กรมการจัดหางานทราบชื่อและสัญชาติของคนต่างด้าวและลักษณะงานที่ให้ทําภายใน 15 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่จ้างและเมื่อคนต่างด้าวนั้นออกจากงานก็ต้องแจ้งให้กรมการจัดหางานทราบภายใน 15 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่คนต่างด้าวออกจากงาน พร้อมทั้งระบุเหตุแห่งการออกจากงานของคนต่างด้าวนั้นด้วย สำหรับกรณีที่คนต่างด้าวเข้ามาทำงานในประเทศไทยตามระบบการนำเข้าแบบ MOU โดยการนำเข้าของผู้รับอนุญาตให้นําคนต่างด้าวมาทํางาน (บริษัทนำคนต่างด้าวมาทำงานในประเทศ) เมื่อคนต่างด้าวนั้นออกจากงาน นายจ้างที่จ้างคนต่างด้าวจะต้องแจ้งให้ผู้รับอนุญาตฯ และกรมการจัดหางานทราบภายใน 7 วันนับตั้งแต่วันที่คนต่างด้าวออกจากงาน พร้อมทั้งระบุเหตุแห่งการออกจากงานของคนต่างด้าวนั้นด้วย นอกจากนี้ ก่อนคนต่างด้าวเข้าทํางานกับนายจ้างตามระบบการนำเข้า MOU นายจ้างต้องจัดทําสัญญาจ้างเป็นหนังสือ โดยมีรายการอย่างน้อยตามที่อธิบดีกําหนด และเก็บสัญญาจ้างงานไว้ ณ ที่ทําการของนายจ้างเพื่อให้นายทะเบียนหรือพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่สามารถตรวจสอบได้ และสําเนาสัญญาจ้างดังกล่าวเพื่อให้ลูกจ้างเก็บรักษาไว้. Install E-Inform app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "E-In"

Once E-In is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including E-In.
