Install SMS Export - save chats to PDF app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using SMS Export on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SMS Export"
- The search will reveal the SMS Export - save chats to PDF app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once SMS Export is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SMS Export.
- Now enjoy SMS Export on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native SMS Export Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use SMS Export,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "SMS Export" » then Click "Install".
- SMS Export - save chats to PDF will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I was going through legal matter and my legal advisor asked me to get print of text conversation with one of my partner. Searched for many tools to print text messages but either some of them are very costly or few apps are very complex to use. Finally I downloaded this and very easy to create a pdf file out of text conversations. It’s worth the price I have paid for this.

Very disappointed

Do not purchase this app. All it does it use screenshots of your text messages from your photos and put them into a pdf file. The window for editing the photos, such as putting them into the correct order, is so small you cannot read the text. Then once finished the only way to see the pdf is in that tiny window. Finally there is no way to print or email the pdf file. The Help option is useless and refers you to another app if you find that you do not like this one. Useless and waste of money. Disappointed that Apple includes apps like this for sale.

I needed this app to save long conversations to protect myself in a legal issue. I’ve tried to contact support and unfortunately, no response and support links are broken.
When I open the app and load photos, and scroll to the most recent screenshots, the app crashes every time.
I thought it was because there were too many to scroll through, so deleted the majority of my screenshots, and still the app crashes. Had such high hopes... support team- please contact me!

I tried initially screenshot pdf generation and worked perfectly but it was time consuming. later i tried the instructions given in help and i could save everything with one single click using companion desktop application
