Hangs so often it’s hard to place a bet

I thought the point of a betting app is to allow you to place bets efficiently. It’s ridiculous that this app will hang every single time unless you place a bet within about 20 seconds of logging in. So, basically, to use the app, you have to know which bets you’re going to make, login, and place them all in about 20 seconds. If you want to make a bet 30 seconds later and the app is still in the background and you can still move around between categories, MAKE SURE TO LOGOUT AND LOG BACK IN BEFORE YOU BET. Just because it seems like it’s working doesn’t mean it will when you place a bet. It will hang, the bet will never go through and you’ll have to reboot your phone every time it happens in order to get it to reset. Junk.

Awful and getting worse

Understandably a lot of traffic on Sunday but was so glitchy it wouldn’t even open to place in-game bets around the 4:00 and 7:30 time frames.
Not sure if it’s a safety feature or it’s timing out, but would like the option of opening the app, doing research and placing bets as I go. Instead, if there’s more than a minute or two of inactivity, you’ll go to place a bet and it’ll just spin. Very frustrating to have to force close and reopen. Need to manually write all the bets down like it’s 1987 and then input them into the app.
They “upgraded” the interface or something today because now I’m getting more errors than ever. Trying to click on my account to see pending bets and it says not found. Faaaaantastic.
HATE how it emails me every time I log in. Again, pry a safety feature, but I pry log in 30+ times a day between the timing out and just checking lines. I’m not going to notice the 31st time when some hacker logs in because I’ve glossed over all the emails.
Some positives, it does update your wins/settles pretty quickly after a game so it’s got that going for it. Also, I like the quick bet feature.

Unable to see open bets

Not being able to view what your open bets are is horrible. Fix this immediately.

Decent app. Doesn’t have as many of the individual player prop bets per game which isn’t a huge deal, just kind of fun to bet those from time to time. The biggest issue I have is not being able to see what is in my parlay bets after I place them. You can go see that you have a 3 team parlay, but you can’t look at what makes up the parlay. A few tweets makes this a much better app.
